Monday Mindfulness #5
How are you doing with your new mindful routine for 2020? For the past four weeks, we’ve been running a “Monday Mindfulness” series led by Sarah McLean of the McLean Meditation Institute. Sarah is a meditation and mindfulness teacher who has been inspiring people to meditate for over 25 years. Sarah studied mind/body health under internationally known wellness pioneer Dr. Deepak Chopra and went on to become the program director for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing.
In this series, Sarah shares her secrets to creating a successful meditation practice and how it can lead to increased self-compassion, clear communication and a more peaceful life.
In this fifth and final installment, Sarah gives us a countdown to clarity by simply paying attention to what is happening right here, right now around each of us. With this tool, you can lower your stress level in as little as two minutes.
