Monday Mindfulness #3

Now is the time to settle into a new routine for the new year. And what better way to do that than with a “Monday Mindfulness” series, led by Sarah McLean of the McLean Meditation Institute. Sarah is a meditation and mindfulness teacher who has been inspiring people to meditate for over 25 years. Sarah studied mind/body health under internationally known wellness pioneer Dr. Deepak Chopra and went on to become the program director for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing.

With kindness and humor, Sarah shares her secrets to creating a successful meditation practice and how it can lead to increased self-compassion, clear communication and a more peaceful life. In our third installment in the series, we learn how to be fully present in our conversations with others, and how to avoid dismissive behaviors we do not intend.
