October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This week we're introducing you to a new Oklahoma breast cancer survivor each day, in honor of the fighters and survivors everywhere.
Today, we feature Rita Doussett. She received the news after a routine mammogram that she needed a biopsy and further testing. A cancer diagnosis was determined shortly after and Rita underwent two surgeries, a year of radiation and six weeks of chemotherapy in her battle against breast cancer.
