Oklahoma Farmers Markets Doubling SNAP Dollars

Shopping at Oklahoma farmers markets is a great way to provide your family with affordable, locally grown, nutritious produce in a way that also benefits the community. The Fair Food Network's Double Up Food Bucks initiative helps Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients in Oklahoma stretch their food dollars at local farmers markets through a matching program.

How does it work?

Participants with SNAP's Access Oklahoma card can have their dollars matched one-to-one for purchases of Oklahoma-grown fruits and vegetables at participating farmers markets. Up to 20 dollars of SNAP benefits per day can be matched for eligible purchases.

How do I sign up?

The Double Up matching program is only available at nine locations, so check the Double Up website's list and map first to make sure the farmers market you plan to visit is participating. Check in at the information booth at eligible farmers markets to receive the dollar-for-dollar benefits.
