The YMCA has made the decision to close its Healthy Living Center which is adjacent to the INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center campus.

 

• The center will officially close Saturday, Dec. 23.
• YMCA members will still have access to other YMCA locations.
• Contact the YMCA directly with any additional questions.

As a result of the closure, the Jim Thorpe Outpatient clinic at the Healthy Living Center will also be closing. The clinic is contacting current patients to set them up with different facilities.

Here’s a list of Jim Thorpe Outpatient locations within close proximity:

• Jim Thorpe Outpatient at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, located at 5300 N. Independence Ave., Ste. 100
• Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation YMCA - Bethany, located at 3400 N. Mueller Ave.
• Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hefner Pointe, located at 11101 Hefner Point Dr., Ste. 207
• Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation YMCA Earlywine Park, located at 11801 S. May Ave.
