Our patients are our top priority. The overall patient experience can encompass a wide range of services and caregivers, and we value your feedback. It is essential to continuously improve the quality of care, patient safety and overall experience for you and our future patients.

We are here to listen to any feedback about your experience at INTEGRIS Health. If you have a complaint or concern you would like to voice, please email us, and someone will contact you within two business days. Alternatively, call the Patient Relations hotline and leave a message for one of our Patient Relations Specialists. INTEGRIS Health is dedicated to being the most trusted partner in health and that means helping our patients navigate our system and enjoy the best patient experience possible. Whether you are a current patient, a family member, or a friend, our Patient Relations Specialists are here to listen to your feedback and assist with your concerns confidentially. If you have a concern that you believe has not been appropriately addressed by INTEGRIS Health, you have the right to notify The Joint Commission, the Oklahoma State Department of Health, or the Oklahoma Quality Improvement Organization, KEPRO regarding any concern about the quality of care provided, safety of care provided, or safety of the environment in which care is provided, or safety of the environment in which care is provided.
