Banana Protein Pancakes with Raspberry & Cream Topping

This recipe is a great way to start your day with a high-protein, low-sugar breakfast. The protein powder and Greek yogurt provide a good amount of protein, while the banana adds a natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

Pancakes:

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup

Instructions:

Pancakes:

  1. In a bowl add banana, whey protein powder, Splenda and egg.
  2. Use a mix and chop or a wooden spoon to smash the banana and mix ingredients together until a batter forms. Make pancakes on a heated griddle pan sprayed with cooking spray.

For Topping:

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt, Splenda and sugar-free syrup.
  2. Serve on the side or smear on top of pancakes.
