Through the years we will find ourselves struggling with issues too large to handle on our own. Depression, anxiety, stress, grief, illness, work, school, and family problems happen. Coping with life’s downside does not always come naturally. Sometimes the depression is too deep, the anxiety is too strong and the grief is too overwhelming. When drugs or alcohol are involved, these feelings intensify. You may begin to feel out of control and wonder if you will get your life back on track.
INTEGRIS Decisions Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Programs focus on helping people learn new coping strategies through educational sessions and group psychotherapy.
Partial hospitalization is the most intensive option. We begin each morning at 9 a.m. and spend the day in group education and group psychotherapy, developing coping strategies and working through the specific issues facing individuals.
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs allow participants to be part of group psychotherapy sessions for several hours each week. Depending on an individual’s needs, both day and evening programs are available.

All our programs allow participants to go home at the end of each day giving the opportunity to immediately apply what they have learned.
