R. Casey Sullivan, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani School of Medicine where he received the Roy H. Behnke Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine.
He completed residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University followed by fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology, and structural intervention at Washington University in St. Louis. During his time at Washington University he also served as Chief Cardiology Fellow from 2020-2022. Dr. Sullivan is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He has authored or co-authored multiple studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented his research at conferences for the American College of Cardiology and other organizations.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Sullivan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters as well as hunting and fishing.
