Jessica Foxen, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Moore.
She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and completed her residency at INTEGRIS Health Great Plains Family Medicine Residency Program.
