Jeffrey Cruzan, M.D.

Jeffery Cruzan, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Memorial West in Oklahoma City. He has been with INTEGRIS Health since 2001.

Dr. Cruzan practices medicine 40 percent of his time at INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Memorial West, 5915 W. Memorial Road in Oklahoma City. He also has offices on the campus of corporate headquarters located at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center.

"As a physician, you have to be empathetic, sympathetic and really listen to what the patient tells you. They’re patients, but they’re people. Sometimes they’re having catastrophic problems and they need a good ear to hear what’s going on. Patients have taught me so much and I hope I’ve been able to touch people in a significant way every day."

Cruzan grew up in Picher, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1985, and completed his residency in 1988, serving as chief resident during his final year. He has been practicing medicine for more than 25 years and has a passion for preventive health. 

Cruzan and his wife, Cathy, have four boys. He loves spending time with his family and has coached every sport his boys have played. He works out daily and doesn’t always enjoy it, but knows it’s good for him. He and his wife love to travel, cook, work out, watch OU sporting events and spend time with family and friends.
