This specialty commonly referred to as Urogynecology treats patients with pelvic floor disorders. A pelvic floor disorder occurs when women have weakened pelvic muscles or tears in the connective tissue due to excessive strain on the pelvis due to childbirth, repeated strenuous activity, menopause, chronic disease, or pelvic surgery.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX and completed her internship and residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth, TX. She furthered her education with fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
Dr. O’Leary is a member of the International Urogynecologic Society, American Urogynecologic Association and International Continence Society. She is also the Chief Medical Officer and Chief of Staff for INTEGRIS Health Edmond.
