Medical Assistant

The medical assistant provides direct patient care by taking vitals, patient history, venipuncture, lab, x-ray, referrals and patient phone messages as directed by the provider or clinic supervisor. All Medical Assistants are required to be credentialed with national certification, (CMA), registration, (RMA), or credentialed with the Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE).
